IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate portable is not maintained anymore and has been archived because JetBrains now provides a unified IntelliJ IDEA distribution.
Use the IntelliJ IDEA portable page for future releases. Downloads are still available on the IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate portable page.
