Installation

Download and install the latest portable setup where you want then run emby-theater-portable.exe.

If you have already installed Emby Theater™ from the original setup, move the following files :

• <APP_PATH>\cache to data
• <APP_PATH>\cec-driver to data
• <APP_PATH>\config to data
• <APP_PATH>\data to data
• <APP_PATH>\logs to data

Then run emby-theater-portable.exe and remove Emby Theater™ from your computer.

Upgrade

For an upgrade, simply download and install the latest portable setup.

Dependencies

If you want to use HDMI CEC, you have to install the driver setup located in app\cec\p8-usbcec-driver-installer.exe.

Modifications

Here is what differs from the original release to ensure portability :

• ProgramDataPath is forced to data folder.
• Disable installation of HDMI CEC driver at launch.
• Check for updates disabled.
